OUR APPROACH
We work in genuine partnership, as additional members of your team to provide a fully integrated and dynamic service. We believe that delivering successful support requires a four-step process – planning, communication, protection and review.
Following an initial audit and review, we develop and agree a schedule of work that is both practical and delivers on business and compliance objectives.
For companies with in-house provision, we offer a retention-only service, to complement and enhance your existing resources.
MEET THE TEAM
LOUISE ETHERINGTON
LLM (EMPLOYMENT LAW), TechIOSH
Director, Employment Law
I initially trained in accountancy but my interest in the dynamics of the employment relationship and my passion for law led to me specialising in Employment Law.
My focus has always been on making a real difference. Working in partnership with our clients, the emphasis is to drive positive change whatever the starting position is. Remaining in partnership helps to ensure the sustainable progress that makes the critical difference in company culture.
On a personal level, family is very important to me and I keep sane by taking dance classes, long country drives and finding a good restaurant to relax in.
CHARTERED MEMBER OF IOSH
STUART ETHERINGTON
Director, Health & Safety
I’m passionate about making a difference in industry and changing safety culture within business. Being approachable and having a keen eye for detail enables me to develop partnerships with our clients to make that real difference and it’s always exciting to see a business make positive change and embrace a new direction.
We want our clients to understand that we care about the success of their business and compliance is a key component of that success.
Away from work, I like to ride my mountain bike along the coast. I love learning about wine, finding a good restaurant and I’m also an absolute petrol-head and mad about anything mechanical.
LANDI ETHERINGTON-MOSS
I am currently studying for a career in the criminal justice system, with a particular interest in criminal profiling.
I also provide part-time research and marketing support to the BHP Group. It’s a varied role that allows me to develop my analytical skills and understanding of how UK law works in practice.
Between my studies and work, I enjoy watching US crime dramas, spending time with my cat, Alfie, and am passionate about boxing and self-defence.
